 We are accessible 24 hours every day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!  This means you may
access our products at any time that suits you: 2 am in the morning if you want!

Have you ever ordered something with a 30 day refund policy
and didn't have time to use it in that 30 days?

We believe that the longer our warranty period is, the more likely it is that you will be happy with your purchase.   Have you ever ordered something with a 30 day or even a 60 day refund policy and didn't have time to use it in that time period?  If we offered a 30 days money back guarantee, that's not an extended warranty. And, 60 days just doesn't quite give you enough time to apply your learning. With either a 30 or 60 days warranty period we would be forcing you to make a bad decision. That's certainly not a win-win for anyone!

1. The 90 Day Extended Warranty On Ebooks

Yes, our 90 day extended warranty means you can ask
for a refund at any time for any reason!

Did you know you can get your money back even if there was no warranty? If the payment processing company refuses to process a refund request, you can always go to your card provider to do a Charge Back.

Now, we don't want you to do this for a simple reason - it will cost us an additional $15.00 on top of the selling price we have to refund you! Ouch!

Our open door policy request: if the payment processing company refuses your refund request, please contact us at any time that suits you.  Please allow 24 hours for us to reply. We will honor our 90 day extended warranty! All we ask is that you take your time to learn and apply your new skills before seeking a refund.

Hopefully, that's a win for us! You might give us another chance in the future when we have honored our commitment and issued the refund!

Why not 60 days extended warranty?

Yes, 60 days is an extended warranty on 30 days. But, we like to make sure that you're going to be happy, because it means we'll be happy. That's why we offer a 90 day extended warranty period.

Many people ask for a refund if they are limited to 30 days, only because they didn't have time to read their ebooks.  With a 60 day guarantee, this may not be enough time to apply what you have learned.

By offering 90 days extended warranty we are confident that you will be relaxed and be able to take time to make good use of the product you have purchased. And, who wants to return something they have owned and used for an extended time?  Again, it's a win-win all round!

Please note: the 90 day extended warranty period only applies to our exclusive range of ebooks which are added to monthly, and does not apply to 3rd party books or other products obtained through our off-site affiliates.

Instant Downloads

For listed ebooks these are available as "instant downloads" once you have finalized your purchase. There is no shipping charge as it is a simple internet transaction, which uses safe and secure online processing features, and includes our extended warranty. You can pay by credit card or use Paypal - you will find them easy and secure to deal with.  Just email us if there is a problem with your download.

You Don't Have To Get It Right - Just Get It Going!

We do not guarantee that any ebook from our bookstore will result in a job, a successful business, or an improvement in your lifestyle - just like no university education or other training will guarantee a job after graduating. Yes, our bookstore with 90 days extended warranty will give you a lot of information and resources to go out there and do it - but it's up to you to Get it Going! 

You still need to make an effort in developing that hobby, achieving better health, improving your personal development, landing that job, or in finding your own clients. If you were given an instant win lottery ticket, it's up to you to go and cash it in! Our bookstore with extended warranty on ebooks, can only provide you with the necessary information (i.e., "the winning ticket") to help you get what you want - but it's up to you to do your part (i.e., "cash it in").


2. Our Open Door Policy on Non-eBook Products

Manufacturers Defects

Currently, we cannot directly offer an extended warranty on physical products promoted by Instant Cheap Books.  We will tell you when there is an extended warranty available on any physical product.

If a product appears to have a manufacture's defect, email us for instructions. Please do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, and before we can honor any manufacturer's extended warranty, you must first contact us.

Returning Merchandise

Permission to return any merchandise with or without an extended warranty must first be confirmed by us. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to peter@instantcheapbooks.com at which time return instructions will be sent to you.  Please do not send items back before obtaining confirmation, as this may void any extended warranty or other guarantee.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following, after receiving our instructions:

  • All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
  • Original packaging.
  • Original invoice or receipt.
  • Evidence of extended warranty.

Open door policy on refunds for physical products

While we make all attempts to secure refund of shipping costs on physical products (including hard-cover books, ebook readers, laptops, other devices or accessories), we cannot guarantee that any extended warranty will include refund of shipping costs.

We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.

We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
